This was a job I did for an ad agency. I was tasked with redesigning some in-house employee performance evaluation forms. I know, exciting stuff right? In all honestly, I really enjoy these types of jobs. I like the challenge of taking a lot of information, and designing it in a way that is clean and easy to follow.
